About Me

I have CAD experience dating back to 2005 during my senior year of high school for which I earned a graduation cord in Vocational/Technical Honors. After over a decade of Desktop Support, I decided to build my own house. During the process of planning the house, my love of CAD was reignited. It was from there that I decided to become proficient and start my own company providing blueprints for others. There is a real shortage of architects and drafters that have the time and ability to sit down with clients and really come up with a design that is functional and beautiful while always fitting within constraints of a tight budget. With my experience in customer service, which is every single job I’ve worked since I was 14 years old, I believe I have what it takes to make a connection with my clients in a unique way which will allow coming up with a perfect design tailored to my clients’ needs. Generally speaking, my timeline for new projects is as little as one week for the design and one week to draft the blueprints, though complexity and the clients’ schedule can extend this.

Currently I can provide unstamped blueprints and design services anywhere in the world. If an engineer stamp is required for your project, I have access in seventeen different states which include NY, PA, NJ, OH, WV, NC, SC, LA. For Perc tests I can travel up to about an hour from zip code 13803
